loscincomas1 (1) The brothers Arellano Felix. following the capture of Guadalajara Cartel leader, it was separated into two major cartels, the Tijuana Cartel and the Sinaloa Cartel. loscincomas5.5 Ismael El Mayo Zambada. In conjunction with the Beltran Leyva brothers, the Mayo Zambada is the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel. Unlike previous Zambada maintains a relatively low profile in what has evaded arrest for more thirty years. According to government sources, the Mayo has used plastic surgery to change his identity.
